Information we collect

When you join the enrollment waitlist, we collect the parent or guardian’s name, email address, phone number, the child’s age or expected birth date, preferred start date, program interest, and any optional information you choose to provide.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, understand enrollment interest, share opening and tour updates, discuss tuition and program options, and contact you when a potentially appropriate space becomes available.

How we protect and share information

Waitlist information is intended only for Blue Sky Child Care Center’s enrollment and planning activities. Form submissions are processed by Basin so that Blue Sky can receive an email notification and send the family an automatic confirmation. Basin receives and stores the information entered into the form for this purpose. We do not sell personal information. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the safety and rights of children, families, or the program.

Retention and your choices

We retain waitlist information while it is reasonably needed for enrollment planning and follow-up. You may ask us to update or remove your information, or opt out of future enrollment messages, by emailing blueskyelcny@gmail.com.

Important note

Submitting the waitlist form does not guarantee enrollment, reserve a space, or create a child care agreement. This notice may be updated as the center, its systems, and legal obligations develop.
